The Austin Gay & Lesbian International Film Festival is proud to announce its second annual Queer Youth Media Project (QYMP)!

The QYMP is a 6-week summer workshop series for queer-identified youth and their allies ages 12-19. Taught by premier Austin-based filmmakers, the youth will learn the entire filmmaking process including screenwriting, cinematography, and film editing.

Working together in teams, participants will create a 5-minute narrative or documentary film which will screen as part of the 23rd Annual aGLIFF Film Festival.
