Selections for the first Youth Council have been made. After careful consideration, youth from Westwood High School (Round Rock), the Liberal Arts and Science Academy High School (Austin), Plano Senior High School (Plano), and Georgetown High School (Georgetown). The youth chosen exhibited excellent leadership skills and the initiative to make Texas schools safer and a better environment for all students. Congratulations, Youth Council!

The first meeting is set for Sunday, May 10th, 2:00 - 3:30 PM at Texas GSA Network (909 E. 49 1/2 St, Austin, Tx). The purpose of the meeting is to identify strengths and weaknesses in GSAs, succession planning for GSAs, work on campaign building, and plan upcoming events.
